Each class has a different focus but all movement classes are designed for the benefit of your physical and mental health. Read the categories below to find what might suit you.

Vai-60

Dance (1 hour)

Explore the inner workings of your mental and emotional mind. These dance classes draw from lyrical and contemporary backgrounds honouring the lyrics, music and expression of one's own emotional experiences. These classes are cathartic. They can help you find your inner voice and create a release through movement. 

The technical ability is set at an intermediate level but advanced dancers and beginners can still enjoy this class with a little variation which will be offered to tailor to your needs.

Inner Vai-90

Dance/Wellness Space (1.5 hour)

In these longer classes, it includes all of the above and having the luxury of an additional 30 minutes to dive into journalling, engaging in meaningful discussions, and sharing & receiving valuable feedback and stories.

These intimate and personalised classes provide the perfect setting for you to fully immerse yourself and gain a truly transformative experience.

Vive-45

Low impact (45 mins)

Vive is a slow paced strength, stretch and low impact conditioning class. This might be more suitable for those wanting to go at a slower pace or who may have injuries or simply don’t feel like exerting a lot of energy. This class will draw from styles such as toning, barre, body weight, dance stretches, and pilates based movement. You will leave feeling invigorated and more in touch with your body and mind.

This is suitable for all fitness levels.
